AskMid Android App - Bugs And How To Fix / Report Them

As you all know, every app has a bug or two. So does our app - AskMid Android. Today we are going to tell you about the bugs and how to fix / report them.

> Bug 1 - Downloading Bug

- Bug 

| Sometimes when you click the "download" button on askmid.info/app you are simply redirected to a blank page and nothing happens - the download doesn't starts. 

- Reasons for this bug 

| If your android was made any later than 2013 this bug may come.

- Fix it

| Re-load your page, then visit your downloads. You'll see your app downloading there.

- If the bug is still not fixed 

| Please contact us on mail@askmid.info and report the bug. 

> Bug 2 - Installing Bug

- Bug

| The app is downloaded, now it says "installing". I have been waiting for 2 hours but the line is still now moving.

- Reasons for this bug

| Your android is full and doesn't has space in it.

- Fix it

| Remove useless apps and then go to downloads and click on askmid smart pages app. If it is still not resolved then you need to free up some more space and try downloading again.

> Bug 3 - Video Bug

- Bug

| Sometimes if you click on "new" or "tutorial" in the app, you may be redirected to a message saying "please use YouTube app to view this video" or something similar to that message.

- Contact us immediately

| Please contact us on help@askmid.info and report the bug as soon as possible.

> Bug 4 - Notifications Bug

- Bug

| Sometimes, you may not receive notifications from our app.

- Reasons for this bug

| The notifications from our app are auto-closed on your device.

- Fix it

| Go to your settings > apps > askmid smart pages > notifications - make sure the notifications are not closed.

- If the bug is still not fixed
